RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, let me know within 7 days to discuss replacement or return. Since my shop dealings mainly with health products due consideration will only be given to unused sealed products. However, if you have used a product and found it to be damaged or faulty I will attend to the problem and either replace, refund or repair the item, depending on the circumstances.
All returns or refunds may, at the discretion of Sara's Apothecary, attract a charge of 10% administration fee, should the returns process incur significant administration costs.
Shipping/postage will be done through the Postnet to Postnet services for R99 (under 5kg per parcel), or through The Courier Guy for R99.
